PRICING

PYRAMID reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice. All prices indicate the cost of the item before taxes. All applicable taxes will be added once your order is being processed.

PYRAMID uses its best efforts to ensure all prices shown are accurate, however occasionally the price of an item displayed on this site may be incorrect. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. If a purchased item is offered at the incorrect price, our Customer Service team will contact you in order to resolve any price discrepancy prior to shipping your order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

PYRAMID uses its best efforts to ensure the Quantity Available displayed on the website is accurate, however occasionally this amount may be incorrect. In the event that any item ordered cannot be filled in a timely manner, our Customer Service team will contact you in an attempt to resolve the issue. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

PYRAMID, in its sole discretion, at any time, reserves the right to limit quantities available for sale; limit quantities purchased; correct orders; reject orders; cancel orders; or terminate orders for any reason whatsoever.

All products are offered while supplies last and products may be added or deleted at any time.

SHIPPING

PYRAMID will only ship to addresses located in Canada. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. If the item is out of stock for an extended period of time, we will contact you to verify if you wish to wait or cancel your order. The time to receive your shipment will depend upon the shipping method you have chosen.

RETURN AN ORDER
