Return and Exchange Policy

 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for an exchange of same value or we can issue you a credit note which you can use against your next purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Products purchased online directly from Pyramid Value Distribution may be returned under the following terms and conditions: 

• Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Must be in the original packaging, including all instructions and accessories.
• Must not be altered or damaged.
• We will exchange the item, or provide store credits. Refunds are for product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Items that are, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Please contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 905-264-9666, or by email at info@pyramiddistribution.com to obtain an RMA number, as well as instructions for the return.  We require your original Order/Invoice # and the reason for the return.
• Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
